The Florida Division of Corporations´ Sunbiz web site provides many resources for ensuring proper business compliance. From this site, you can search and access filed information for corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, trademarks, fictitious name registrations and liens. Images of most filed documents can be downloaded at no charge and to make the filing process easier, most filing forms can also be downloaded. Electronic filing and certification can be processed through Sunbiz and Help information is accessible for all filing types. Phone numbers for direct Division contacts are listed and there is an e-mail link to make it convenient for you to contact Sunbiz with questions or comments.

Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) provides a D-U-N-S Number, a unique nine digit identification number, for each physical location of your business. D-U-N-S Number assignment is FREE for all businesses required to register with the US Federal government for contracts or grants. Click below to request your D-U-N-S Number via the Web.
